1.    Darren spoke to Teresa.  We are now encouraged as a league to resubmit our request for playing time.

 

2.    All in attendance listened and offered playing options for game and schedule.

 

3.    It appears we will not get anything set in stone until we submit options and move forward with Town.

 

4.    Suggestions Included:
•    Draft
•    Tournaments
•    Regular Schedule/Hybrid Dates

 

5.    Umpires – Not standard-Suggestion was to incorporate League Players to do some and also to speak with Dave Minemma about possibly umpiring some nights.  Umpiring needs to be determine based on Town offer

 

6.    Team Rep Meeting – August 4th 7pm Ryan’s House 14th Side road

 

7.    Darren to prepare 3 suggestions for town and submit along with return to play rules including no touch force outs all summer

 

8.    Play could start as early as August 11th with Tournament and or Hybrid schedule.

 

9.    Reps will need to make small deposit of $200 on August 4th, Balance before 1st game is played

 

10.    Tentative Schedules:

 

Suggestion #1 (Any 4 of these) We would start play for the week on a Tuesday evening in all 3 diamonds and finish play on the weekend in a week/weekend hybrid schedule

•    August  4, 7-9 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani 
•    August 18, 21-23 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani
•    August 25, 28-30 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani
•    September 15, 18-20 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani
•    September 29, Oct 2-4 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani
•    October 13, 16-18 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani
•    October 20, 23-25 Diamond 1,2,3 Magani

 

Suggestion #2  Starting August 11 and 12 we would play every Tuesday and Wednesday      preferably 3 diamond slots Diamond 1,2,3 Magani  (Could use 1 diamond per night minimum though) Finishing on final night October 20th, no final tournament.
