Overview of meeting.

Zero tolerance on smoking and vaping when on town property.  Enforcement will be sent to al sports throughout the town periodically.  This goes for players, coaches, and parents.  They were very stern on this and said not even in parking lots post game. 

Green Valley diamond will be ready for July 1 at the latest but will be a minor ball practice diamond.  New Magani Diamond 4 will be ready for play spring of 2021 as it will be built this year.  It will have a pitching mound for kids ball and will free up adult diamond times as they will switch over. Magani diamond 5 will be ready for 2023 at the latest, they are hoping for 2022.

Town wants a list of executive members and UIC, permits, activity agreement, liability insurance naming the town as additionally insured, and registration numbers. - To be submitted by Dan Wyman in April on behalf of the league.

We have all 3 magani diamonds on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 11:30

We have Diamonds 1 and 3 on Wednesdays from 8:30 to 11:30

We may have opportunities from additional Diamond 2 slots where the Bond Head league plays.  

Our tournament is Tuesday the 15th, Wednesday the 16th, Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th.
